The final cost of your package depends on your travel dates, the season, the hotels and room types available at the time of booking, airline fares, and supplier rates. Because these change frequently, the price you see online may not reflect the price available when you enquire.

Before any booking is confirmed, you will receive a personalised quotation showing the exact price for your chosen dates, travellers and inclusions. No payment is taken until you have reviewed and approved this quotation.

Availability of hotels, flights, tours and experiences is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed in writing. In the rare event that a listed element is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative of equal or higher standard wherever possible.

A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received your written approval of your personalised quotation and any required deposit. Until that point, no contract exists between you and Lifevista Travels.

Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended for all journeys and is not included in any package price unless explicitly stated on your quotation.

You are responsible for ensuring that you hold a valid passport and any required visas for your destination(s), and for checking entry requirements before travel. You are also responsible for providing accurate traveller details at the time of booking.
